About Turn Creative chose to locate its business to Somerford Business Court in 2005 and have never looked back. The offices in a characterful barn conversion are well managed by the owners of neighbouring farms where close proximity to the premises is reassuring, especially for security. As landlords they could not have been more helpful and accommodating, sometimes taking in post and deliveries, maintaining and keeping everyone in snacks and drinks through a little 'tuck shop' in the main building. The air is fresh, parking plentiful and in the warmer weather business users can enjoy their coffee or lunch 'al fresco' in the lawned central courtyard complete with well kept flowering baskets and fountain. The directors of About Turn Creative have decided to retire and close their business but we will miss life at Somerford Business Court and would recommend it to any business people looking for premises
We consider ourselves very lucky to have found such a perfect place to run our business from. Such a friendly, yet business like environment, is a rare find. The buildings and grounds are immaculately maintained and our clients always comment on what a beautiful place we have. One thing that really appealed to us was that Sue and Steve live on farms either side and therefore there is
always someone on site. We would not hesitate to recommend Somerford Business court to anyone considering a move.
In 2008 we were looking for an office for our expanding IT business. We required a small office accomodating half a dozen desks with room to grow and plenty of parking space. We also wanted a quiet location conducive to software development and away from town centre bustle.
Somerford Business Court provides all of this and more. Shops are close enough to be able to get what we want,
when we need it, without having the noisy disturbance of being based in a town centre. Our landlord Sue, is friendly,
flexible and amenable, and we have plenty of room to develop the business well into the future.
I really can't see us ever moving premises - which is one less thing to worry about.
NTTX have been at Somerford Business Court for 5 years and we are very happy with the service we get
from Sue and Steve. It's such a fantastic rural location and never fails to impress our clients who visit - it's
always a talking point when people arrive. In the summer months particularly, Sue pays great attention to
making the place look lovely, with floral displays, and the courtyard is a great spot to have your sandwiches with
the sound of the water feature tinkling away - it's good to be able to take a relaxing break from the hustle and
bustle of the office. The building is always kept clean and fresh and is well maintained - Its a great environment to work in!
Cambi UK Limited has leased premises in Somerford Business Court for a number of years, recently expanding to additional offices in the main block. Cambi has always found the management at Somerford Business Court very obliging. They have put themselves out on numerous occasions to assist Cambi with special needs. The level of building maintenance is excellent and any issues that arise are dealt with promptly. The outside areas are well maintained with convenient seating for those wanting to have their lunch in the sun. We would recommend Somerford Business Court to anyone requiring business premises.
